Impact Wrestling News & Notes – Havok Debuts, Bobby Roode Wins, & More


Below are some news and notes following this week’s Impact Wrestling:

- Gail Kim beat Taryn Terrell to retain her Knockout’s Championship. Havok made her TNA debut and attacked both to end the segment.

- Bobby Roode beat Eric Young in a number one contender’s match for the TNA World Heavyweight Championship. No announcement has been made for when Roode will receive the title match, but it’s possible we could see it take place at Bound For Glory next month.

- Homicide beat Manik, Low Ki, Crazzy Steve, DJ Z, and Tigre Uno in a number one contender’s match for the X-Division Championship. No match has been announced as of this writing.

- Tajiri made an appearance during an in-ring segment with Austin Aries, James Storm, and The Great Sanada.

- Chris Melendez will make his wrestling debut next Wednesday on Impact. Also next week, Team 3D will face The Hardys and The Wolves in round two of the Tag Team Championship Series, this time it will be a Tables Match!
