MVP Taken Out Of Slammiversary Main Event


MVP was scheduled to challenge Eric Young for the TNA World Heavyweight Championship this Sunday at Slammiversary. MVP injured his knee at Preston City Wrestling in the United Kingdom two weeks ago.

We have been following this story for several days, speculating whether or not MVP will be able to compete at the pay-per-view. John Gaburick and TNA Wrestling announced on Friday that MVP is not medically cleared to compete and an opponent for Eric Young will be chosen later today.
